Moto HRM is a complete HR platform with a built-in loan management system, created by Moto Hope Capital. It brings people management, payroll and employee financial support together, so employers can look after their teams in one system rather than several.
Who we are
Moto Hope Capital is a financial services company whose purpose is simple: transforming lives. We combine financial expertise with technology to solve real problems for employers and their people.
Moto HRM began as the solution to our own needs. We built it to manage our team well, then opened it to our partner companies, who each run their own secure workspace on the platform.
Why we built it
Running HR well is hard enough. Supporting employees when they need money before payday usually means informal arrangements, paperwork and guesswork. We wanted both to be simple, fair and on the record:
- HR teams should have one reliable place for people, leave, attendance and payroll.
- Employees should be able to request a salary advance or a loan through a clear, transparent process.
- Repayments should be handled through payroll, without anyone chasing anyone.
